1. Exchange Policy:
– If you wish to exchange the product for a different color, size, or style (subject to availability), please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
– The product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, with its original packaging and tags.
– The exchange request should reach us within 14 days from the date of product delivery.
– Once we receive the returned merchandise, our customer care team will inspect it to determine if an exchange is possible.
– The exchange will be facilitated based on availability and our discretion.
2. Return Policy:
– In the unlikely event that the merchandise you received is not in good condition, damaged, defective, or different from what you expected, you may return the unused merchandise in its original packaging and with original tags for an exchange.
– Please inform us of the issue within 48 hours from the date of product receipt.
– The returned merchandise should reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
3. Refund Policy:
– If you do not wish to exchange the product, we will provide a refund in the form of a Credit Note.
